Increased Bearing Lifetime
 
The integration of the bearing into the threaded ring allows the bearing distance to be maximized. The increased distance further supports the axis, which results in less deflection of the axle and thus protects the bearings and increases their lifetime.
 
Faster Full Engagement and less wear
 
The previous system required two conical springs to ensure proper alignment of the two ratchets. The fixed connection of the inner ratchet of the RATCHET EXP with the hub shell allows to use only one cylindrical spring, to ensure proper alignment of the moving ratchet. This results in faster full engagement and eventually reduces wear

Featuring an incorporated notch, the newly developed shape of the endcaps simplifies disassembly significantly and therefore makes the maintenance even easier.

Perfect Balance Between Rim Height and Riding Stability
 
With a rim profile height of 45 mm, the Carbon Aero Road rim offers an ideal combination of lateral stiffness and control in changing wind conditions. While higher rim profiles can increase stiffness, they often lead to difficulties in crosswinds, making riding control more challenging. The 45 mm high rim is therefore an excellent choice, as it provides both outstanding aerodynamic properties and good control in the wind. This makes it a versatile option for ambitious road cyclists who value both speed and safety. The 22 mm internal width of the rim allows for the use of comfortable, wider tires. The asymmetric design enables a more balanced spoke tension, resulting in a more robust overall wheelset. The tubeless-ready design allows for easy tubeless setup and ensures a perfect tire fit. The wheelset has been built with premium DT Swiss Aerolite spokes and Prolock aluminum nipples, which not only contribute to a top weight but also give this set a distinctive appearance.

Super Laufräder

Die Laufräder laufen wirklich hervorragend und erfüllen genau meine Vorstellungen. Der Kundenservice ist ebenfalls klasse; meine Fragen wurden detailliert und freundlich beantwortet. Eine fantastische Erfahrung!

Toller Radsatz!

Das ist nun schon mein vierter LRS von Actionsports, und die Fertigungsqualität ist auch bei diesem wieder so gut wie gewohnt. Das PLV ist unschlagbar. Das Gewicht stimmt fast aufs Gramm, die Optik ist schön schlicht und sehr edel dank kpl. ungelabelter, seidenmatt schimmernder Felgen. Die Räder lassen sich superschnell beschleunigen und leicht auf hohem Tempo halten. Etwas seitenwindanfällig, aber das ist bei solchen Aero-Rädern ja üblich. Machen selbst bei leichtem Graveleinsatz einen stabilen und verlässlichen Eindruck. Sehr zu empfehlen!
