Fun Works Turbo Hub E-Bike Edition with Steel Freehub and 48 Engagement Points
The Fun Works Turbo Hybrid hub sets new standards for e-bikes:
With a robust steel freehub, precise 48 engagement points, and numerous technical improvements, it offers maximum reliability, durability, and direct response - perfectly tailored to the high demands of modern e-bikes.
 
Reinforced Hub Body:
The hub body is first forged and then CNC-machined, resulting in particularly high stiffness and durability. The reinforced, inward-angled hub flanges are optimally adapted to the spoke angle. With double-cross lacing, the outer spokes rest directly against the flange and are bent less than with straight flanges. This minimizes spoke "settling" and significantly reduces stress on the flange.
 
Increased Bearing Life:
The enlarged bearing spacing and improved stiffness optimally stabilize the axle. This reduces flex, protects the bearings, and extends their service life - ideal for demanding e-bike use.
 
Maximum Reliability:
The CSPS (Coil Spring Pawl System) ensures optimal pressure in the reinforced ratchet ring with four oversized, 5 mm thick pawls and robust coil springs.This guarantees maximum reliability and a long service life, even under heavy loads.
 
Steel Freehub Body & 48 Precise Engagement Points:
The steel freehub body is designed for maximum load capacity and resilience - perfect for the strong drive and braking forces of e-bikes. Cassette notching is effectively prevented. Thanks to simultaneously engaging pawls and a finely tuned 48-tooth ratchet, there is an engagement angle of only 7.5° - for especially direct response and optimal power transfer, especially when starting off and in technical sections.

Integrated notch in the end caps: Makes disassembly easier and simplifies hub maintenance.
Easy compatibility: End caps and freehub are tool-free interchangeable and offer high compatibility with various axle and freehub systems.

Fun Works Amride 30 - The All-Rounder
The perfect MTB rim for riders who want to get the most performance out of their tires. With an internal width of 30mm, the rim is ideal for a wide range of MTB tires, from classic to modern plus-size models. The specially developed New Era Alloy used for the Amride 30 makes the rim extremely stiff despite its incredibly light weight. The rim feels at home on rooty trails and can be used from XC/Trail all the way to aggressive All-Mountain riding. The tubeless-ready design allows for easy tubeless setup and ensures a perfect fit for the tire.
The wheelset is built with DT Swiss Competition quality spokes for sufficient strength.
